You should upgrade to Windows 10.
Vista is End of Life and no longer receives security updates. https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/22882/windows-vista-end-of-support
You can download and install Windows 10 for free and use it for free.
I have multiple machines that are not registered and they work fine.
Or you can buy a copy.
Either way, we don't support EOL operating systems.

you could use an emulator and install win 10 on the VM. you could dowload steam and play the game.. should work.
