Default is 15 seconds current version.

sometimes when people many ask "Please wait finish" that annoying. 30 seconds is better enough.
 
I would be fine with setting it to 30 seconds like it was in Cleo and currently is in Thunder Alley. Probably just as easy as changing a variable.
