Servers offline, server is shut down??? WTF???

When can we actually play? And will there be several servers to chose from at login? Like in stoneage? You must be kidding....
 
server is back up. right now it is still in closed beta. eventually there will be 3 servers, NA, EU, and Asia. However you will not be locked to any and chat/friends list and progress will carry with you to each one so if you have a friend in Japan who has to play on asia server for ping issues. You've been playing on EU and have amazing internet, you can hop on the Asia server with him with everything you've done so far, no problem. the different servers are only to reduce lag not to region lock.

Server selection is key with P2P games like Project Torque.
The game is also from 2006 so...
