Password requested but no mail

I have forced sent you a password reset.
Outlook typically sends it to spam.

Your email provider is limiting emails coming from us.
Use a different service.

How do I do this? I go to change e-mail and get this error:

Your email cannot be changed while your account does not have a password.

Create a ticket in the Ticket forum and include a new email.
