Issue with level

I was in game just after reset, and i play aroun 1h, i get a bit more of 7000 RP/XP, i logout just before server shutdown, i logged some moment ago and i found myself lvl 14, i noticed it in room ( sorry i forget to take a screenshot), immediatly after race i get level 15 after 2 race around 1200 RP/XP earned i am here:



I'm not only one being lvl 14 see here :

We had a second "reset" which was more just a hotfix. We set everyone to 1XP away from level 15 to confirm an unlock.
