CP reward from loot box

I found a loot box and it was containing "CP reward". Went to garage anche checked my GIFTS and there was nothing...no reward and no CP added to my account...

Last day for each gift box with "CP" i got a red key in garage, after reset, found 2 box with "CP" but nothing in garage
