Can't set a password

I created this account a few hours ago, and since I registered it never asked me for a password.
When trying set a password, it sends a request to my email, but everytime I enter that request, it says "Oops, We ran into some trouble"

I can re enter my account in the forum through email verification, but I can't access in game.

It worked, I had to log out and ask for a password reset while,logging in

Finally I have a real password, thanks.
