If you have bouncing cars in game, you can limit your FPS to anything 100hz or lower to stop it from happening.
For AMD graphics card users.
Open AMD Adrenalin, under the Gaming tab select "Project Torque". Scroll down and able Radeon Chill.
Set both to 100fps or less.
