Unable to conect with login server or something like this

i've noticed some of you had it before and i tryed almost everything, i tried taking out and re adding the firewall execption, checked local files and even went to the beta version but still always get the same msg of not being able to connect

need help, ty

We are unable to assist at this time.

It looks to be something on your end blocking the connection.
This could be Firewall, Anti virus, Router, ISP or even some parent/guardian protection software if any.

We have yet to replicate this on our end.
VPNs do work though. Connect to a server located nearest to yourself for the best result.

firewall has the right exceptions
anti virus is only windows defender an its turned off
router i was tring to change some options but still nothing, should i forward any specific ports?
parent guardian doesnt exist on this machine
i will try to restart the router and see what happens, btw thank you for the fast attention

my friend has the same problem, were they able to solve it without being through the VPN?
