Hi, I just started playing PT and now I am collecting red and bonus keys? Can anyone explain how to use them? or where i need to go to use them? or if there is any point in worrying about them?

No point in worrying about them at the moment. They are used for missions which are removed for now. Some of the missions used licensed car models which can no longer be in the game plus there were several bugs in the missions so once all of that is fixed they will be implemented back into the game.
