Random IP connections while playing

My firewall has been asking to allow a couple IP addresses while I am racing, since after the game was released on Steam. I had not gotten them when we were in beta. These are inbound:
46.xxx.xxx.xxx
24.xxx.xxx.xxx

Another security program is blocking the following one, and not sure if it was before the Steam release. This IP is outbound:
100.xxx.xxx.xxx

(x's are used for privacy, incase they are vital)

If any of the core IP's of the game begin with any of these, let me know. If not and you need more info on the IP's, I have them saved. I did look the first 2 up and the info doesn't seem PT/Steam related.

Not ours.
The game is P2P though so you are going to connect with other players directly.
If you block uPnP for the game, you will proxy via our servers and not have to direct connect to other players.

Hmm, guess it just seems odd that only those 3 have shown up, unless they are known bad connections.
