Problems with Password

in password and security it said that my account doesnt have a password and i should generate a password to be sent to my email,but the email that i received was a reset password email and when i clicked it,it directed me to an "OOPS! We ran into some problem" page, help please i wanna play the game

Reset your password on the forum.

Do note, some characters such as + and - wont work due to the game using them for other things.
Passwords should only use characters A to Z (upper and lower case), numbers 0 to 9 and symbols such as ! " £ $ % ^ & * ( )
The game might not accept characters from countries with characters outside this range.

I never recived my password. Waiting for it from 3 days. Can't change one I have because I didn't received one. "request password" simply ignoring my request

And yes, I checked if email is correct and also all email folders including spam.
