Mission are all bugged

Was trying to do some missions and get sone easy cash but they are all bugged...i was doing he 2nd mission in campaign and when you cross the finish line, you'll get MISSION FAILED even if you are 1st

Then I have tried some DRIVING CHALLENGES, more precisely "speed test in san francisco 1". Just after start, when you pass the 1st checkpoint you get MISSION FAILED...
