Grid girls not always removed on login screen

So, the grid girls have been removed.
When the game starts there is no grid girl and when you click exit and login there is also none.
But when you login and close the server selection screen before selecting a server and click on login again the grid girl is back.
Maybe that is a bug or this particular type of login screen has been forgotten.
