Game After lvl 31

I don't think it is the fact of being lvl 31. There is a problem that the skill level of each player is far from each other. When I enter a room at times, I find it boring as none of the players are good at all and the ones who are rare and most have moved to other game modes. I am not saying I am a god at PT but it does get boring as an experienced player and a reason I have taken a hiatus from the game.

Imho mystery boxes then events/daily missions. And I think cars above 30lvl are not a problem, we have class restrictions so it won't bother lower lvls that much. And the coupons for GP from mystery boxes so we higher lvls can race for some gp's that would be something cool and exhilarating.
