error 102

Can't login, error 102 , in game my language auto change to russiann .
I tried to create an account with English and Russian characters, but even though in the game the keyboard layout changes to Russian, it doesn't matter when I entered the password and the nickname in Russian still knocked out this error

As far as i know, there are only "normal" characters working. Do without russian characters and try again (also make sure that your keyboard doesnt change to russian when ingame with your OS).
