Cant LOGIN in STEAM

I had to download a new Windows, I want to download a game again, but I don’t know LOG IN the Steam, it tells me that I sold the code and did not anything. Please help me. Now I cannot play.
althouh i insert in fourm nd send code pls HELP ME

Game should just be able to download, and you should be able to just login with the same username and password you used previously.

Steam is determined on the first message that has not arrived. I want to send it another message. What should I do? I downloaded the Steam again without success

You don't need a steam code. the game is officially out now. just go and download it from the store page.
