cant enter europe server

You're having trouble loading into the Europe server, is that correct? Have you taken any steps to try and fix it yourself or no?
 
Registration ok , Login ok Server Asien / Amerika ( grey screen) Run the game. Europe server Loading( black screen) falling down.
I am perplexed Help me please
