Stuck in rooms

I am stuck in room's often.

It says i joined as spectator and can join soon.

Race ends, all players show the red X (no steering whell).

I can't exit, choose car or do anything. All i can do is ALT+F4 then.

Happens often.

Happened to me yesterday but it was during the takedown of the test server and location change over of the data center of the Europe server. Can you say around what time you experienced it and if you can reproduce this today?

Happened today too, different times. Will note down the times when it happens again.

The next time this happens, close the game and find the steam log file which is located inside the main game directory (where the exe is). Attach it here, so that Jack can track down the bug.

Just as update: I didn't encounter that bug any more yet, so i can't give any info right now.
If it happens again, i will do as suggested.

There is a check box " join as spectator " are you sure that you never accidentally ticked that?

I am sure, yes.

And even in that case, i would prefer it to be able to leave the room.
