Does the Game use Anti-Aliasing and Anisotropic Filtering? If answer is yes, then it´s set too low or it´s maybe broken.

Does the Game use Anisotropic Filtering? If answer is yes, then it´s set too low or broken.
I have to force MSAA and 16x AF by the driver, to have the game look clean and crisp.
I have MSAA set to "overwrite" "adaptive" 8xEQ, in the Radeon Settings.
 
If you can't find AF in the options, then no - it doesn't. You have to force it.

Edit: I tried forcing AF, VSync and AA for the game but this weird flickering appeared when I'm in the mode selection menu and during a race, so I wouldn't recommend forcing anything. Apparently this game doesn't respond well to forcing options it doesn't support.
