Problems with new server

I got muted in chat directly.
I can't see any other player on it, except GM Jack.
Inbox doesn't work. Can't receive the items.
Shop doesn't work. I can put items into the shopping cart, but can't purchase then. Nothing happens if i confirn it.



And edit: After two new logins: Server's are full.
