Only Full Steering Problem

I'm using a "low budget" steering wheel. In game, after setting everything, I have only full steering for both sides. I already tried a lot of things, but nothing changed... Is this happening bc of my steering wheel or there's something that i can do to fix it?

What wheel are you using? Have you disabled steam input for this game?
