i see the mission keys popping up after races every 75 miles or 7000xp but when i go look i have no keys? ive heard other people having this issue as well?

The Missons are not active right now, like the drop box's they are purely cosmetic at this moment in time. I believe they are being worked on and will be added and active in due course.

from playing , after every race u will get 1 Red Key or 1 Yellow nd 1 Red Key together
