Missing item in explorer

When game start there are no item visible and counter say 0 remaining and 0 collected, tried to run around mape and i collect randomly some items without seeing them, apprently i'm not only one to expererienced that, in a round before this player Yellow Kitten had same issue.
I had this happend 2 time in 7/8 round today.
Also notice some delay between item collected and sound/graphic confirmation, delay from 2/3 sec to more than 10 sec in a room with 5/6 players.

likely lag due to someone having a poor connection and it bringing the whole room down.
