I don't see the issue. the lights look the same. the lights aren't included in both. you can choose to have either the roof scoop or the headlight covers. but not both. that is the way it always was. I am assuming that is the "bug" you are calling out because I don't see anything else with that.

No sr @Khrono,I believe the bug he was refering is the graphical glitch on the left headlight in 2nd pic. Take a close look. It may be a LOD glitch on that "Chassis II modification" model which makes the headlight in distance disapear,or even an material error in the headlight glass,as well.
Either way is a very minor bug to worry about atm.
