@Jack the panama has always had issue with curbs where throws the car off angle is this a height issue making the car jump. Also can it be fixed so annoying even on racing line when car just randomely throws u into a wall because it catches the curbs? panama is only car this happens on.

I personally consider this a feature of the game. Every single car behaves differently. Some cars specifically (like the Panama and the Corvette) have "features" that make theme extremely challenging to drive in certain scenarios. Making it so the Panama doesn't unsettle over curbs would likely indirectly make it even more OP on maps like Mud.
The Panama is basically a racecar. With very stiff suspension. It behaves on bumps exactly as a racecar should.

Regarding the racing line, well if your line is causing you to have a chance at being thrown into the wall every lap, that is a risk that you're deciding to take. There is absolutely a "quickest line" you can take while avoiding bumps and things that unsettle your car. (at least on most tracks)

Good luck :)

While we're on the topic. I do actually feel the vette's "instant-brakes as soon as it touches dirt" could definitely be turned down a notch. But it sure is a fun challenge to drive fast with said vette on certain tracks.

Interesting side note, ground clearance is a real thing in racing. It's why rally vehicles are jacked up and cars meant for a track lowered. In reality a porshe which is typically made for track day, would not be able to handle a curb. same with a kei car. However a jeep would have no issue with the curb.
