Input smoothing

Hi,
As some may have seen and experienced, when using a gamepad, the first steering input is not smooth, even if you give 1% input , the car will steer about 15%.
Quite similar to using a keyboard, although you can be smoother with a keyboard.
Is there a setting missing, even using external software to change the input reaction to be slower, the initial turning motion is a jerking one and results in the car being less controllable than the input should allow.

non-linear steering in options. set it to max.

try setting steering degree to 900. I've got both going.

tried that too, even modified the xinput settings

even with all this, it is still a jerking motion.

idk what to tell you then I use a gamepad but I use the joystick on the gamepad and I don't have that jerking issue.

the input logic in torque seems flawed, but it isn't in crc, i do not need to apply corrections to crc or any other games for that matter, only LASR and Torque.
