I have the same problem, I'm using a PS2 racing wheel which is connected to a universal usb converter, windows installs the drivers, and I calibrated it and seems to work fine, but, when I setup the controller in options in PT, everything works but, when I apply the settings, I then go back into options, the settings are no longer there, I also started PT from the folder and with admin rights, now this wheel always worked in old PT, I used it all the time, but some how it does not work now.

Just tried to do it on my end and I don't see the option
