How can i stop mail alerts ?

For each new post in a thread i react i get a mail alert, everithing is disable in preferences but mail alerts dont stop.
Thanks to tell me how to stop them.

Already done but still mail alerts come, but only for previous thread, but not for this thread maybe forum send mail because when others threads were created option was enable.
