help with g29 please

i just started on torque drift and i tried to use the wheel, i tried to fill in the gaps in the keybind area but doesnt work, heard i need to run the game as a admin but i have no idea how to or what they even mean, please help.

Make sure the wheel is plugged in Before you start up the game then it should be detected allowing you to go ahead and map it.
