you can get to level 10 within like 2 hours so its not a big deal waiting for level 10. the license tests will come back when the new debadged corolla gets added to the game. The license tests use that car, and given the game no longer has the licensing rights to use the corolla in the game it has to be replaced with one that looks similar to it and is named different.
