So I was banned because I rammed into my first game and he called me Nazi and doesn't get anything please clarify. And I wanted to buy something in the shop but it doesn't work because it says Error Datatime



oh and he also spam with the hahaha button
 
Do you have screenshots of the chat?
I should note bans are not permanent, though you were ramming so you kinda were asking for it. Ramming is against the rules.
Also, your steam username has unusual characters. Remove those and you should be able to buy shop stuff.
