LIST OF RESOLUTIONS confirmed working:

1600x900 FULLSCREEN (confirmed by @KemonoRacer )
2560x1440 FULLSCREEN (confirmed by @STi-RACR, @WheelSmoke )

Small resolutions around ####x768 and under look to work, it is anything above this that causes it to not work.

My theory anyway

For me the full screen resolutions:
1920x1080 will not pop the cork.
2560x1440 will pop the cork.
