I don't know why many complain that he can't play !! I downloaded the game from 3 different PCs and played it, so what is the problem with all of these !! Many have the same problem, and I don't know why. Is all this because Steam !!?

It is because with some email accounts you don't get the needed confirmation email.
No confirmation email, no password, no game.
Password request didnt't help, not even a forced password reset by Jack.
Happened to my hotmail account so I had to switch to gmail.

Thats not happen to me b4 !! all times was easy to download game to me !!. I hope Jack will fix this or make it easy because we really need more and more new players!
