Can you get banned for removing body parts from your cars?

So, when I was playing the game I went to the garage and saw that the stock parts for my car can be removed. While this does not affect performance, I am curious as to whether or not you can get banned for it.

Removing body parts does affect performance, and falls under using exploits to your advantage. I'm pretty sure it counts.
Also, sadly removing parts doesn't show to others, so it's all for nothing.

Oh ok I did not know that since my car’s stats did not change. I put the parts back on anyways

What do you mean no it's literally using exploits which is against the rules

Removing body parts is against the rules as it is an exploit.
Anyone found to do so will be fined and repeat offenders will be banned.
