Horns not available or are GP only on some cars

I noticed while browsing in the shop that some cars have GP horns only while some have none available . Horns used to be a RP or GP purchase on all cars is this a Bug ?
 
Jack messed up some prices in the Shop, while he added them in the Database. All Cars below CL 5 or so have RP/GP Horns. Cars at Cl 5 and above only should have GP Horns (he didnt even remebered his own words and made some horns in high class for RP purchase too.)

*Editnote: Jack got a huge list and will fix the bad priced/level locked items somewhere in the future when he has time.

I was able to get a horn with rp for a Quadro recently but now I see it's GP only so that's why I reported a possible bug.
